I’m Neal. I turn chaos into clarity.
This site is my second brain: part lab, part notebook, and the place I practice building. Everything here is labeled, shelved, and findable.
The shelf
If it isn’t labeled, I’ll lose it. At home that means IKEA bins with clear labels, big taped-up boxes in the garage, and deli containers in the fridge with a strip of masking tape saying what’s inside. This site works the same way.
Finished work with the thinking written down: the problem, the approach, and what I’d do differently.
Half-built experiments. Some break. That’s what this box is for.
Notes on architecture, APIs and staying organized. Each note links back to what it’s about.
Recipes I actually make, kept in Notion and linked from here.
Quotes, books and ideas I keep coming back to.
The short version: volleyball, food, what I’m building, and how to reach me.
